The company helps homebuyers, investors, and homeowners secure the right mortgage — from first-time buyer programs to complex investment financing — with a focus on clarity, speed, and personalized guidance.
The Challenge
The client needed a professional website that could clearly present a wide range of loan products to different buyer profiles — first-time buyers, veterans, self-employed borrowers, and real estate investors — while generating qualified leads and establishing credibility in a competitive mortgage market. The site also needed to serve a bilingual audience across two states.
What I Built
The site was built with WordPress and Elementor, with a bilingual setup via WPML to serve both English and Spanish-speaking clients. Key features include:
- Loan program pages covering every product in their portfolio: Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, Reverse Mortgages, DSCR/Investment, and Down Payment Assistance
- Interactive loan calculator allowing visitors to estimate monthly payments and explore financing scenarios directly on the site
- Bilingual content via WPML — full English and Spanish versions for the Florida and Kentucky markets
- Lead generation forms via Contact Form 7, optimized for quick pre-approval requests and consultation bookings
- SEO foundation built with Rank Math, monitored through Google Search Console and SEMrush
