OpsTalent is a talent and operations outsourcing platform that connects businesses with the people and operational expertise they need to scale. The company needed a frontend presence that matched the ambition of their brand — polished, fast, and visually compelling enough to stand out in a competitive talent market.

The Challenge

A talent and staffing platform lives or dies on trust and first impressions. The site needed to communicate OpsTalent's value proposition clearly while delivering a premium visual experience — animations, transitions, and dynamic content — without sacrificing performance. The content also needed to be driven by a GraphQL API, requiring a clean data-fetching layer wired into the component architecture.

What I Built

The frontend was built with Next.js and CSS, with GSAP handling the animation layer and Apollo Client managing all GraphQL data fetching:

  • GSAP animations — implemented scroll-triggered and entrance animations across the homepage and inner pages using GSAP, bringing the brand to life with smooth, performant motion that elevates the user experience without blocking interactivity
  • Homepage — built the main landing page with animated hero section, service highlights, and conversion entry points — designed to engage visitors immediately and communicate OpsTalent's offering at a glance
  • About page — developed the company story and team presentation page, balancing structured content layout with animated reveals that guide the reader through the narrative
  • Culture page — built the culture section presenting OpsTalent's values and working environment — a critical page in the talent space where the brand needs to attract both clients and candidates
  • Apollo Client + GraphQL — integrated Apollo Client as the data layer, connecting the Next.js frontend to a GraphQL API for dynamic content delivery across pages — keeping the component layer clean and decoupled from data-fetching logic
  • Responsive layout — ensured full mobile compatibility across all pages, maintaining animation performance and layout integrity on smaller viewports

Outcome

A high-motion, brand-forward marketing site for a talent and operations outsourcing platform — built to make a strong first impression on both enterprise clients and top-tier candidates, with a Next.js + GSAP + GraphQL stack that keeps it fast, animated, and content-flexible.
